The company has a long history of producing quality products, and
has in 1993 formalised it's quality systems with ISO 9002 to reflect
the changes and higher visibility in world market requirements. In
2002 Chaplin Wire successfully upgraded to ISO9001.
The company works as a team, dedicated individually and collectively to providing a quality product in compliance with the customer requirements.
The company's organisational goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction with regard to the quality of supplied materials, delivery and price. It recognises that the customer needs and expects a high quality product, delivered on time and in good order.
The quality programme outlines the responsibilities, itemises the
systems and procedures and identifies inspection and test
arrangements. The quality system is subject to periodic audit and
annual review, to ensure continued satisfactory working of the
system.
